Cancellation Policy
Policies for End-of-Life Ceremonies A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time for all services. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the ceremony. Travel within Sacramento County is included. Additional mileage or out-of-area travel may incur a small fee, discussed in advance. Changes or cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible. I understand the delicate nature of this time and will work with you to accommodate unforeseen circumstances with compassion and flexibility. If you’re facing financial hardship, please reach out privately. My priority is ensuring every family can honor their loved one with dignity and respect.
