Each session is a safe, supportive space to share what you’re carrying and receive guidance or energy work that meets you where you are. This may include conversation, light meditation, or quiet energy practices to help you release stress, ease emotional burdens, and reconnect with yourself. Every experience is unique, shaped by your needs in the moment. Sessions are offered on a donation basis, with sliding-scale options available.
